Howard Shoer, Managing Director With primary responsibility for managing Commercial Direct, Mr. Shoer plays an integral role in the company's success.
After joining the Commercial Lending Group of Bayview Financial in 2001, Mr. Shoer was tasked with creating the company's retail lending division. In early 2003, this division officially became Commercial Direct.
Mr. Shoer began his career on Wall Street working in both the contract finance and real estate finance groups of First Boston. There he gained experience on commercial property sales, financings, and advisory work.
Mr. Shoer graduated from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, Cum Laude, with a concentration in Finance.
Richard Jolis,
Vice President
Joining Bayview Financial in 2004, Mr. Jolis created the CD Express Operations Department, the stated income/stated asset program originated by Commercial Direct. In his role as Operations Manager, he is responsible for the areas of Processing, Underwriting, Closing, Funding, and Post Closing.
Since he began his career at Flagship Bank in 1977, Mr. Jolis has gained extensive experience in Commercial and Mortgage Banking. Throughout his career he has been involved in all aspects of the mortgage industry including retail and wholesale loan production, underwriting, quality control, and secondary marketing. Since 1992 he has been involved in the creation of several Mortgage Banking companies in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, while overseeing the production, operation, marketing, and long term strategies of the various companies.
Mr. Jolis teaches college level courses in Mortgage Banking, Mortgage Brokerage and Loan Processing.
Jerry Goldfarb, Vice President As Director of Bayview's retail lending
center, Jerry Goldfarb is responsible for the
quality customer service associated with Commercial Direct's Loan
Specialists.
Mr. Goldfarb develops
strategies that allow Commercial Direct to best
serve the needs of borrowers. He manages the
loan originations team to ensure that our
lending solutions maximize borrowers' investment
potential while minimizing the time required to
obtain funding.
Mr. Goldfarb recently joined Bayview's
Commercial Direct division and brings with him
more than 25 years of experience in the
financial services field. He has extensive
experience and a record of success developing
and managing direct-to-borrower loan originators
nationwide.
Jonathan Mirabito, Assistant Vice President As Business Development
Officer for Commercial Direct, Mr. Mirabito is
responsible for developing and managing business
partnerships for Bayview's retail lending
division. This includes discovering and
evaluating new business partnership sources via online
avenues as well as with traditional financial
institutions.
Prior to joining Bayview in 2003, Mr. Mirabito
provided consultation and analysis to several
major financial firms. His experience includes
business valuation, credit analysis and
relationship development.

Mirabito received a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Finance and Consulting from the Goizueta
Business School at Emory University.
